AFE adopts Infineon as the core inverter and adopts full digital control. It has high control precision, fast response speed, high precision, high reliability, programmable features and automatic two-way operation function.

The function of the energy feedback unit is to feed back the regenerative energy generated in the process of motor speed regulation to the power grid, so as to avoid the energy loss caused by the resistance heating of the conventional energy consumption braking unit, so as to achieve considerable energy saving effect. The product is mainly for motor testing, access to the DC bus in the test platform, power to the inverter, and has two-way energy conversion function.

The altitude shall not exceed 2000m (more than 2000m, derating is required). No medium with explosion risk, no gas or conductive medium that corrodes metal and damages insulation, no water vapor and serious mold are allowed

    Performance characteristics

     Using PWM technology, four quadrant operation, accurate output phase and effective suppression of high-order harmonics.

    Adopted DSP2812 processor, with high speed, high precision, good stability and strong anti-interference ability.

    The voltage distortion rate is less than 5%, which meets the requirements of IEC61000-3-2 and GB / t14549.

    Improve the braking effect to meet the engineering requirements of fast braking and frequent braking.

    It can be used in parallel for high power applications.

    Equipped with touch screen, it can display AC current, voltage, power and fault information.

    It has the functions of overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, overheating, overload, etc.

     Feedback: using self diagnosis technology to ensure the accuracy of the output voltage, prevent the current return, so that the inverter will not be affected.

     Energy saving: the regenerative energy is fed back to the state grid, the efficiency is as high as 97%, increase the operation economic benefit, and the energy saving and environmental protection are realized.

     Substitutability: brake unit + resistor = energy feedback brake, completely replaced.

     Safety: advanced power electronic technology and high performance IGBT are used as switching devices.

     Practicability: the system has good power saving effect, low calorific value, high safety and small maintenance workload
